From Soil to Sovereignty.
We are building a new generation of African agricultural leaders by connecting young people to knowledge, opportunities, technology, finance, and skills, transforming agriculture from a traditional livelihood into a profitable, innovative, and dignified pathway to prosperity.
YINAGA is a youth-centric Pan-African movement dedicated to empowering, educating, and inspiring young Africans through agriculture and enterprise. In a continent that increasingly demands innovative solutions to food security and youth unemployment, YINAGA provides a transformative platform for young people to build real agribusinesses, access quality inputs, and connect their produce to real markets.
Through initiatives like the Food Beyond Africa Project and the YINAGA AgroTrainings, we are already working directly with farmers in Jigawa State and across Nigeria, turning traditional farming into resilient, commercially viable agribusiness.

Our Key Framework
Sensitization
Through YINAGA conferences, summits, campaigns, and other awareness initiatives, we are changing the narrative around agriculture among young people. We encourage youths to see agriculture as a viable and rewarding career path, while shifting the perception of agriculture from being limited to farming to a broader industry driven by business, innovation, logistics, technology, agribusiness, and more.
Empowerment
In collaboration with development partners and the Federal Government, we work to make agricultural opportunities more accessible to young people. By connecting young agripreneurs with relevant resources, programmes, funding opportunities, and support systems, we empower them to build sustainable businesses and create greater impact within the agricultural sector.
Training
YINAGA conducts regular agricultural training programmes for young men and women, helping to bridge knowledge and skills gaps within the sector. Our trainings provide practical knowledge, industry insights, and relevant skills that enable young people to identify opportunities, improve their businesses, and thrive in modern agriculture.
Modern practices, mechanization & farm business management.
Improved seed access with partners like Tecni Seeds across Jigawa State.
Helped over 100 farmers and 200 young Agripreneurs so far with access to farmer loans and capital along with our partner- the alternative bank.
A structured outgrower and off-taking model connecting production to real buyers.
The guiding principles that drive our commitment to youth empowerment and a food-secure, peaceful Africa.
We equip young Africans with the confidence, resources, and mentorship to step into ownership roles across the value chain. Our focus is on raising a generation of leaders who see agriculture as a route to both personal wealth and collective stability.
From mechanized tools to smarter growing techniques, we help close the gap between farming as a means of survival and farming as a scalable, technology-driven enterprise.
A thriving agricultural sector is a stabilizing force. We see every farm, harvest, and agribusiness we support as a building block toward communities with more security, opportunity, and shared prosperity.
Our Rallying Cry
We're rebranding agriculture as the most profitable, innovative, and dignified career for African youth, uniting young people across the continent to forge food security, economic prosperity, and lasting peace.
President, YINAGA
Africa's future will not be built by waiting for opportunities, it will be built by young people bold enough to create them through agriculture. Agriculture is one of the most powerful tools we have to fight hunger, create jobs and build stability in Africa. I believe in one simple vision: a peaceful and prosperous Africa powered by youth, driven by agriculture. This is not just a vision, it is possible.
